The Kamen Del Hut is located in a beech forest on the northern slope of Vitosha Mountain, in the "Pozharo" area below Kamen Del Peak. It was built in 1934 by residents of Boyana.

Located in the "Trite Reki" (Three rivers) area, the hut was built in 1934 and was originally called "Velebit" (after the Croatian mountain Velebit, part of the Dinaric Alps), then renamed "Trite Reki", and since 1945 it has had its current name.
